I loved that the breakfast buffet had so much choice. It suited many different tastes. i also liked that the barista coffee bar was included in the meal package!!! the staff were attentive and helpful. slyvano, the barista, made a fantastic range of coffees.

i noticed some minor signs of wear and tear in the room. it was a very slight negative.

The resort had a variety restaurants. I appreciated the delicious food. The staff were friendly and bent over backwards to entertain us. The adults area offered peaceful moments.

The service from the staff stood out. They were kind and accommodating. Our needs were always met. It was very thoughtful that the General Manager personally checked on us, so lovely.

i loved the breakfast buffet. it was excellent with many options. the hotel is very beautiful and have much to do there.

during my stay, some basic in-room facilities didn't worked. the intercom and the tv was not working. i noticed insects in the main restaurant. that was disappointing.
